Your 2 Day Quest Is To Find Your Life Calling....

During this two day experience, you will be using shamanic journeying and nature inspired teachings to discover your life calling. Your heartfelt purpose in the years ahead. You might already know your calling. But are you living it? Yeah nah a little bit. This is your vision quest for the two days. This is your question. Alongside this core activity, you will learn key qualities of the shaman, the warrior and the healer. To help you live your calling. To help you serve a cause that is as big as the Earth. You will need to develop your deeper wisdom, your intuition, your character, your will-power, your survivability and healing ability. Ultimately it is about developing your own inner formula. Your own self mastery. Your own sets of beliefs and practices. Mixing stuff together in fine proportions that suit you. Not anyone else.

What Else Will You Learn?

Over the two days, you will learn teachings from three different schools as follows.

The Shamanic School.

From the Shamanic School, you will learn the following:

Aio Koa - Sleeping Seed, Wild Flower. The same forces that make a seed grow and a flower bloom are the same forces that make us grow and replenish. Your thoughts are like seeds. Your results are like flowers. Have a look at the flowers in your life? We need to tune back into the Earth Wisdom.
Sensing Energy Fields of People, Places and Spaces. How often do you feel the vibes from different people? A room? An object? An urban space? A nature space?
Te Rua - Finding The Cave Within. The Rua is symbolic of the two deep caverns inside us. Leading into the oneness of the Earth. It is important that we maintain a heart vibration in all that we do.
Sharpening Your Intuition and Sensory Perception. Every person has his or her own intuition language that needs to be re-learnt. In many cases, it is relearning how to see, hear, feel, taste and smell clearly without the muddy mind interfering.
Nga Kete Wananga - The Three Mind-Worlds: Surface Awareness (Conscious Mind World), Subterranean Core (Subconscious Mind World), Outer Space (Superconscious Mind World). We must learn to traverse across the vastness of our own uncharted minds.
Shamanic Reading Test: You know how to read this page. Good. Well, you will learn a new reading skill when you practice intuiting psychic readings. It is more about self-belief and having an open mind than anything else.

The Warrior School.

From the Warrior School, you will learn the following:

Taiaha - The Umbilical Breath. The movement of the Maori weapon the taiaha is connected with the umbilical breath of creation. Taiaha breathing is a dynamic form of pre-natal breathing that energises the energy fields when combined with specific thoughts, sounds and movements.
Tracking Your Own Shadows. You will apply the skills of tracking to observing your own shadow self so that can shape and strengthen your warrior spirit.
Walking The Spiritual Warrior Path. A spiritual warrior is one who can maintain their inner discipline in the face of physical adversity and psychic cannibalism. During this weekend, you will walk through the Green Fire. This is a deliberately challenging experience that will test your self-confidence and self-control.
The Petals of Protection and The 8 Seed Movements. You will use the Four Seasons, The Moon and The Forest to teach the art of self protection. It is not about fancy moves and spinning back kicks. Nah, it is about winning the battle before it is even fought.
Taming Your Fears and Releasing the Caged Self. Your fears often hunt in packs so you need to understand how they affect you energetically and physically. Also many people have caged and muzzled their truth and are living a lie. Time to live free.
Warrior Hardness Test: You will be taught how to break a one-inch board with your bare hand. This is really about channelling your umbilical breath, mind and muscle energy into a focussed point of application.

The Healing School.

From the Healing School, you will learn the following:

Developing Your Healing Forms. Healing comes in infinite forms. A doctor is just one form of healer. You must weave together the many strands of healing that suit your own mind and body. The proof is in the results, not the certificate.
Hoponopono - Clearing Energy fields and Emotional Pain. Many people carry emotional pain even when they are physically healthy. Clearing the energy fields of past traumatic memories and modern work stress helps to maintain emotional balance and well-being.
Te Wao Tane - Native Bush Healing. Our NZ Native Bush has medicine in its plants, waters, insects, shapes, scents and sounds that can be used to heal on all levels. We will spend some time outside in the native bush.
Reiki Energy. Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing practiced worldwide. It can cost from $199 - $399 to be attuned to a Reiki Practitioner –Level One. You will get this free as part of this two-day experience.

Who Is Your Guide

Hirini Reedy is probably New Zealand’s best unknown practitioner of the shaman-warrior-healer way. He lived for one year in the bush, the beaches and open spaces of North Island New Zealand where he developed his own form of shamanic martial arts. From a strong East Coast Maori background Hirini grew up on the foothills of Mount Hikurangi, the Mountain of the Sun. His bloodlines include chiefs, warriors and tohunga such as his late grandfather who went through wananga at Te Aowera and Ruataupare. Hirini is a former NZ Army officer, UN mine-clearing advisor, civil engineer (BE (Hons) MPhil), NLP Master Practitioner, Reiki Master and practitioner of Maori and South Asian martial arts and medicine. He has worked in many diverse areas from being Aide-de-camp to the Governor-General of New Zealand through to performing ceremony at a Healing Grandmothers Gathering in southern California, USA. Over the last 8 years, he has slowly been connecting with various spiritual elders, medicine-men and healing practitioners in USA, Europe, Hawaii, Australia and New Zealand.
